Just found the podcast I have listened to Ryan Penningtons podcast about hoarder homes. Such a great topic. My FD was called for mutual aid for a hoarder home earlier in the week. The first FD on scene pulled 1 3/4 lines and started to put water on the fire from outside. (homeowner were outside) When we pulled up we were tasked with C side exposures of a barn and a trailer. The training we have had about these situations calls for a 2 1/2 inch line.
